Biltwell Mushman pegs

Just got the first production of the Biltwell Mushman pegs for my Flattracker and they look awesome. I was at the Biltwell office when the 3D mock up was ready months ago and they are even better than expected. Motocross style like "Harvey" in "On any sunday", had to cut the pegmount and welded some old footrest so it would fit. Welding skill are in bad shape after a long holiday break but it will do the job for now.

BMX wheels for customer #0000001 Andy Z.

Customer #0000001 Andy Z. from Germany want some new "steez on his whip" so we build this nice wheelset for him. Not an easy job with dual size Profile cassette hubs, crosslaced rims and only 1 spoke length but of course it was a piece of cake for us. Pick up is Thursday, he will be happy.

Cool cooler for 24th FAT JAM

Our BMX jam called FAT JAM has its 24th anniversary this weekend and to celebrate we have some beers for everyone. The theme is METAL so we have 666 beers: 666 The number of the beers! To keep it cool I transfered this cool watertank into a fridge, filled with ice will keep them cold for a short while, it will be around 100 degrees this weekend!

DB-Killer for the Dodge Magnum

Our Dodge Magnum Hemi is loud as fuck so I made some DB-killers today. It's Sunday and people are still on holiday so I decided to go the hard way and not the easy way this time. I could have ask a friend to make a flange on the lathe but made one with some pieces of pipe and a Biltwell motorcycle pipe kit. It worked out really good, its more quite than before.

Back from the South of France

Made some FLAKEKINGS promotion in the South of France, they will be busy as hell next week! Well, the only interesting vehicle/bike I saw was a new Iron H-D Sporty so I guess it was a waste of time. We had a good time and the Dodge Ram 1500 brought us home: 1047km in 10h30min, not bad at all.
